Welcome to LoLo! First of all, you don’t need to be fit already to come check us out – almost every class we have new people from all ages and fitness levels dropping in! If you’re local, your first drop in is always free :). We’re a gym for humans with a heartbeat and I’m pretty certain I’m talking to you!
To claim your free drop in, click here and reserve a spot in one of our classes. You will be able to sign your waiver online so when you arrive you can jump right in!
