2nd annual CrossFit Christmas Party a hit!

Wow! Thank you so much to everyone who came out to our 2nd annual Christmas Party and fundraiser!

We raised $1,190 to kickstart our new kids program here at LoLo! Thank you so much everyone who contributed –  not only financially but with your enthusiasm and amazingly ugly sweaters.

This year’s free community workout saw  large turn out with loads of new faces! Groups were split into three and divided among several holiday themed stations:

• The “Present Toss” (partner wall balls over the rig)
• the “Chimney Walk” (wall walks)
• “Snowflake” (V-ups in a circle with high-fives look like snowflake shapes from above)
• “Stocking Stuffers” (hanging knee raises).

The Potluck was beyond amazing! Thank you to everyone who contributed delicious food – shout out to Tom Killins who roasted a large bone-in ham! I felt like the grinch carving that roast beast. Special thanks to Fresh Coast Victoria for providing delicious healthy and festive smoothies!

The Revenge

Finally, the revenge fundraiser made a come back this year with double the amount of victims – we have a larger staff and personal training team this time around!

All 10 of our team members were great sports and quite entertaining as they were forced to do your bidding with the workout movements you purchased.

Adam had to do over 400ft of handstand walks, courtesy of one of his PT clients, Jen Lebarge.

Next, all the coaches (even myself) were dunked in our outdoor dunk tank, in the dead of winter. Wall ball Paul was notable with his successful aim again this year.

Congratulations to Anna Braunizer who won a one month credit on her memerbship, as well as Jen L and Lisa Rossiter who won LoLo SWAG.

Much fun and merriment was had by all, thank you to everyone for making the holiday season a little more healthy and a little more ridiculous. We are so excited to introduce the kids program together in 2020!!

The biggest thanks to our LoLo team who volunteered their time for this event and continue to be the hilarious and committed force behind LoLo.
