Kids and Teens CrossFit programs are now at CrossFit LoLo!
Our commitment is simple: to love on people and lift up the community around us. We believe the best way to do just this is to start small to go big – as small as 6 years old. Kids and Teens CrossFit in Victoria.
Laughter, breakdowns and breakthroughs in our community environment is what we stand for. We can already feel the enhanced dynamic of our space when we get more young people involved!
This has been a long awaited development that we have been excited about even before we began LoLo just over a year ago. Thank you to all of the patient parents and youth for your enthusiasm! A HUGE thank you to everyone who donated to our kids’ equipment fundraiser at our 2019 LoLo Elf-off and Christmas party! This would not have been possible at this time without your support and we invite you to celebrate the impact this will bring to young people and take as much ownership for this as we do.
We are excited to announce our programs: the Little LoLos and the Yolos (youth lolos).
Who: Young people age 6-11
When: Currently we have one class time per week, Saturdays from 9:00am-9:45am
Investment: $75/month (this is a no commitment month-to-month membership). Option for 2X a week at $135/mo once we have more class times.
How to register: Enroll your young person by reserving a spot in our next class online. Click the “try a free class” on the left for their first class FREE. You will also be able to sign a waiver online on their behalf.
What will they need?: No fitness experience necessary (scroll down to meet your Little LoLos coach: Ben Martin!). Wear comfortable/flexible clothing, clean gym shoes, and a water bottle.
Yolos (Youth LoLos):
Who: Young people age 12-17
When: Currently we have one class time per week, Saturdays from 10:00am-11:00am
Investment: $159/month (this is a no commitment month-to-month membership). Or save with a 12 month commitment option at only $135/month.
How to register: Enroll by reserving a spot in our next class online. Click the “try a free class” on the left for their first class FREE. You will also be able to sign a waiver online. You will need a guardian signature.
What will you need?: No fitness experience necessary (scroll down to meet your coach: Ben Martin!). Wear comfortable/flexible clothing, clean gym shoes (we recommend nike metcons or reebok nanos), and a water bottle.
Your Coach: Ben Martin
Ben has been working with us for three years and over that time frame he has inspired us with his gentle, kind and enthusiastic demeanour. It has been a rewarding experience being a contribution to Ben’s explosive growth as an athlete and coach and we acknowledge his coaching skills as one of the top that we offer in our gym. In addition, he has been a life-long athlete and has a long history of coaching young people. Here are some more facts about Ben:

- 2nd place at the recent Junior Canadian Championships for Olympic Weightlifting.
