A NEW COMPETITION HOSTED BY CROSSFIT LOLO

BROUGHT TO YOU BY

On Day 2, there will be a special VS division composed of 2 events that both CrossFitters and Strongmen will compete head to head in, for an additional fee of $49 per person. 

Each event will incorporate both crossfit and strongman elements and will be a comparbale playing field for both.

This unique division represents an oppourtunity for Crossfitters to try their hand at Strongman specific events and vice versa, and ultimately, to see who dominates! 

This division will have it's own leaderboard, each athlete being judged individually and the winner will earn a cash prize (amount dependant on quantity of overall "VS Division" athlete registrations).

Where does the VS. come in?

It's all three!
Plus a log press. 
 Presenting you with a unqiue oppourtunity to compete in 1, 2 or all of these eventS (CROSSFIT, STRONGMAN, AND/OR DEADLIFT and log press).
The deadlift and log press are floater events which means they will happen to the side and will be open to everyone - event spectators for a $25 buy-in. Winner of each floater event takes half the pot in a 50/50!

masters= teams combined total age of 90+

• Proficiency in Ring Rows, Jumping Pullups, Hanging Knee Raises, single skips
 • Ability to do multiple reps (not necessarily in a row BUT in a WOD): 65/45# snatch, 135/95# deadlift, Single skips.
“Proficiency” means the ability to perform the movement for reps in a WOD. If you were faced with a metcon that contained any of these movements for reps (>15 reps in the whole WOD) you would be able to get through
the workout while sticking to the intended stimulus.

 • Ability to rope climb.

Intermediate

 • Proficiency in C2B, HSPU, Pistols, T2B, double unders.
 • Ability to do multiple reps (not necessarily in a row BUT in a WOD): 135/95# snatch, 225/155# deadlift.
 • Ability to do Bar/Ring Muscle Ups and rope climbs.

RX

Which Division am I?
(CrossFit)

You will be automatically assigned a division
based on your weight class. 

You will be asked what your weight is currently upon registration and then weighed again within 24 hours prior to the comp
(you will be contacted about this closer to the date). 

Women's weight classes are:
Up to 64kg (light weight)
Up to 73kg (middle weight)
Up to 82kg (heavy weight)
Over 82kg  (Open)

Men's weight classes are:
Up to 90kg (light weight)
Up to 105kg (middle weight)
Up to 120kg (heavy weight)
Over 120kg  (Open)

If you have not competed before or have and did not podium,
you will be eligible for novice status.

If you have previously competed and have placed, and you would still like to be considered a novice, this would come down to how many competitors you had, how long since you competed and would ultimately be at our discretion.
