We’ve got a new online store!

You’ve always wanted Corona and Covid-19 CrossFit Apparel right?! In addition to our FREE virtual classes and corresponding Island Strong Fitness Challenge, we’ve launched some sexy new athletic/lounge SWAG to keep your spirits up. During our time in self-quarantine since returning from Brazil, Adam and I have been busy creating new cheeky designs for apparel and home and setting up our store which includes some new collections. Introducing the “LoLo Latte Collection” (because we like coffee, okay) and the “Quarantine Collection” which includes favourites such as “Flatten the curve, not dat ass” and “Quarantine hair, don’t care”.

Crowd favourites include “Croissant LoLo” (this is CrossFit?! I thought you said Croissant!) and “That 70’s LoLo Fanny”.
