Introducing LoCo – the LoLo competitive program!
If you are a bit LoCo for competing (or would like to try competing) then this is for you.
CrossFit Games Athlete Adam Davidson will show you the ropes of competing and use scalable long-term development to get you there safely.
LoCo class times may be extended to meet the demands of competitive training.
As part of the LoCo program, what you can expect is learning from one of the best in the world. Coach Adam Davidson and Adrian Toderan
will be guiding you through an environment of competition style training. We will be working closely with your goals and giving individualized programming based off those goals. Expect higher than normal training volumes and intensities based off the CrossFit competition season starting with the Open.
Expectations:
1.
Priority is being leaders in the fitness community by who we are being not just by what we can do. To be part of LoCo you agree to be a LoLo community leader. This means having fun, volunteering for special LoLo events and repping LoLo in the sport of fitness.
You will sign an agreement around these leadership expectations. Together we will create a culture that inspires and enrols people that creates an oppourtunity to support each other and include every member of the community in our success.
2.
Be Coachable. We have a Zero tolerance for bad attitudes. Show up, Train & Don’t Complain. To be successful you will need to try out every possibility and trust your coaches and trust in the process. While we take training seriously, we require you to approach your training lightheartedly and forget what you think you know about what it means to be a competitive athlete.
“The goal is not to get what you want”
“Rather, it is to fearlessly and boldly pursue your hearts deepest truths,
while remaining completely open along the journey”

3.
Commit. This is the most important part of the process. We need an unwavering commitment to something greater. We ask that you be in this program for a full year in order to give you and your coaches the ability to see progress and to create the athlete coach relationship and learn to compete. You will need to sign up to 2-3 competitions per year to experience the magic of competition (not including the Open).
This is about having fun on trips away with the team and creating bonds and having fun!
