A change in the recent PHO has temporarily suspended indoor group physical activities that include any and all strength and conditioning. Unfortunately, until we are given further instruction, we have to cancel our Strength classes.
Luckily, gyms and recreation facilities offering individual workouts and personal training can remain open so long as they follow strict COVID-19 protocols. As such, we have once again updated our COVID-19 Safety Plan and have come up with an option for you to continue working out.
We now have Open Gym time slots available on Zen Planner for you to reserve!

- Maximum 1 open gym time slot per day per person
- General Guidelines
- Arrive no more than 5 mins early
- Wrap up training 10 mins before time slot ends – We will give you a 10 minute heads up!
- Headphones not permitted… Because while we have to physically distance we still want the LoLo community to engage! If you have a music preference, just ask out FD to change the playlist.

- We kindly ask that you remain mindful when your training includes conditioning and higher intensity. It is allowed, but just stay aware of the facility’s capacity at the time as well as the proximity to surrounding patrons.

- You may take off your mask when within your workout square. That means putting on your mask while grabbing/putting away equipment!
- Sanitize upon entering LoLo

- Front Desk Partner will be present at all open gym times for pre-screening and First Aid

- During the Open Gym hours that correspond to the old class schedule, we will have Gym Attendants (AKA your known and loved LoLo coaches) available to answer your questions and assist you.
