The Schedule:
Thursday Feb.21st: Open begins with the first workout

Fridays (Feb.23rd-March.16th):
(If you can’t make Saturdays) the 6:00pm class will now be the open workout.
Saturdays(Feb.23rd-March.16th):
Regular 11:00am CrossFit class and open gym time will be replaced with the Open workout. Come into the gym or email us to sign up ahead of time for your heat times!
Saturday March.9th: “Super Fun Open party at LoLo”
11:00-3:00pm:
– Bungee Run (if your legs still work after the wod)
– Tight + Bright Party
– Potluck
– Obstacle course
